Here at Doctor’s Orders Brewing we love malt, hops

and smoke. With our new Spring Seasonal we’ve also added another favourite, fire. Fire to heat volcanic rocks that we dropped into the kettle which super-heated our sweet wort.

The super-heated volcanic rocks when dunked into the wort imparted a luscious caramel and toffee profile with a hint of smoke marrying perfectly with the Irish Red base with a bonus of 7% alcohol.

Tonic is back and refreshed for a Summer of #Gins&Tins.

Tonic is ambidextrous. You can drink it straight up as a refreshing Summer Witbier with its array of botanicals (orange peel, juniper berries, lemon myrtle, coriander and cinchona bark) or as we prefer; use it as a Tonic Mixer by adding a shot of Gin.
We recommend Bombay Sapphire.

In 2010 Doctor's Orders commercially re- birthed the Gose beer style in Australia.

Over the years we've produced numerous incarnations of which this version has been the most exclusive and highly acclaimed. Based on the traditional Gose style with modern botanicals and a vegetable twist you will enjoy this refreshing tart German wheat beer with coriander, salt and rhubarb.

Malpractice is our new early Winter release for 2017.

We release beers by seasons at Doctor's Orders. We don't conform to styles so why do we need to conform to the usual start of Winter? We don't, so here comes Malpractice our new release for the colder months in the middle of the year. Malpractice is an India Stout (Hoppy Stout) 5% blending IPA with a Dry Stout. More roast than a Black IPA but with all the big hoppy notes from Hop Hash.

He's the product of the unholiest of brewing unions, Big Shed Brewing and Doctor's Orders and his latest creation is an Imperial Carrot Stout. A beer so dark that no light can escape its surface. Allow yourself to revel in Dr Shedlove's dark side and his obsession with root vegetables, dark malts, whisky barrels and C2H60.

Nucleus is our new Spring release for 2017.

Way back in the Winter of 2011 we released Pulse. The beautiful marriage of hops and oatmeal with a Belgian yeast. Pulse (Belgian Oatmeal IPA) was extremely well received even though it was ahead of its time. Using this as inspiration we've revitalised it in a Pale Ale guise.

Luscious in colour and mouth-feel with assertive bitterness and complexity from the Belgian yeast this Pale Ale has the Doctor's Orders twist.  Nucleus Flyer
